YOU ARE RESONSIBLE  FOR CORRECT ADDRESS . YOU MUST DOUBLE CHECK ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING ORDER . 
♡ Dreamy Unwind cannot be held responsible for refunding  any orders sent to the wrong address. YOU HAVE 2 hours AFTER ORDER IS PLACED TO CORRECT ADDRESS CONTACT VIA EMAIL : dreamyunwind@gmail.com 
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?
♡ If you need to cancel an order you have within 1 dayafter it is placed to cancel you can email us immediately, after 1 hour we can not cancel. Thank you. 
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
♡ Orders are shipped 1-5 business days after they date they are purchased.
♡ Customized orders take 2-10 days to before shipping out if you need before certain time please  email me to get it out as soon as we can. If you choose priority mail at check it shipping takes 1-3 days. Regular standard mail takes 2-5 days. 


   Refund policy

♡ We can not receive returns for any glass smoke ware due to contamination in COVID-19. Please & thank you.

If the product is broken in glass please contact us on website or email 

dreamyunwind@gmail.com to discuss further action.

♡ We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

♡To start a return, you can contact us at dreamyunwind@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
At the moment we do not ship outside of the united states. We will be looking in to it for the future.
WHY IS MY ORDER DECLINED?
Please check your credit card statement and make sure you enter the street number and street name exactly as they appear on your statement when entering your billing details. Our payment gateway only accepts payments with information that matches billing. If your payment was declined please make sure your billing address matches what's on your credit card record.Thank you.
